GLY believes that love is essential to life.

The power of love can carry a woman through highs and lows of life.

GLY believes that the inner beauty of a woman shows best when love is in her heart. She glows and everyone can tell.

GLY believes that this power to glow starts when a woman chooses to love herself regardless of the circumstance, when she chooses to live in love instead of isolation, thankfulness instead of bitterness, and  when she determines to always bless herself and others around her.

GLY believes that accessories is not only a statement of a woman's belief, but a gift to other women-- so that they can believe the same.

GLY devotes the effort to start a cultural revolution such as this- that women will choose to love themselves, and women, in all culture and ages, can glow in her appearance and her influence on people around her.
 

Founder and designer introduction:

Founder and Designer Linda Yang was trained at Otis College Parsons School of Design BA, received her graduate degree from Ecole Superieure de la Couture Parisenne. With the internship at Chanel direction under Karl Lagerfelt. Her experience in Fashion industry formed her unique  style of tasteful, easy to mix accessories.

Linda was born in Taipei, Taiwan. Her family moved to LA when she was twelve but she visited and stayed in Taiwan every summer to study Chinese painting, calligraphy, poem and literature. She adapted well and loved both cultures. Her designs are the fruit of her cultural background--where fashionable western chic meets elegant Chinese simplicity.

In the past twenty years Linda has been designing High Jewelry for her friends and clients around the world; and re-designed many family heirloom jewelry, to give it a new life! Her work has been well received by her clients.

Four years ago, Linda decided to add another dimension to her designs-- profound meanings. The first meaningful necklace design she created was shared and sought after amongst her friends and clients. This gave her the courage to move forward, to continue designing meaningful yet stylish pieces and eventually led to the birth of her own brand with a powerful message.

To Linda the power behind her creation and life is LOVE. She created the brand GLY ~ "Glow in Love for Yourself! " and she is determined to convey this message in her accessory designs. Linda believes GLY represents many women around us that have the qualities of love, energy, self confidence, and wisdom. These women walk through the valleys of life with strength and grace, because they believe in life, in love, and in themselves! For Linda, if she did not walk through the valleys of her life, there would not have been the birth of GLY!

As Linda celebrates the birth of GLY, she eagerly hopes every woman that wears GLY design will love themselves and embrace their beautiful lives!
